1. Receiving & Inbound Fees
- Standard Receiving: $25 per hour OR $0.50 per unit
- Pallet Receiving: $30 per pallet
- Container Unloading (LTL/FTL): $200 per 20-ft container, $350 per 40-ft container
2. Storage Fees
- Bin Storage: $1.00 per bin per month
- Shelf Storage: $3.00 per shelf per month
- Pallet Storage: $250.00 per pallet per month
- Long-Term Storage (60+ days): Additional $1.00 per cubic foot per month
3. Order Fulfillment (Pick & Pack Fees)
- 1-500 orders/month: $1.75 per order + $0.50 per additional item
- 501-2,000 orders/month: $1.50 per order + $0.40 per additional item
- 2,001+ orders/month: $1.25 per order + $0.35 per additional item
- Special Handling (fragile/custom packaging): Additional $3.00 per order
4. Shipping Costs
- Carrier Rates: USPS, UPS, FedEx (discounted rates available)
- Same-Day Shipping: Additional $2.00 per order (cutoff time: 12 PM EST)
5. Returns Processing
- Standard Returns: $2.50 per return
- Restocking Fee (if applicable): 10% of item value
6. Additional Services
- Kitting & Assembly: $1.50 per kit
- Labeling: $0.25 per unit
- FBA Prep (Amazon Sellers): $1.00 per unit
- Custom Packaging: Quote available upon request
